45 Minute Metabolic Conditioning Circuits Workout//Metcon with Dumbbells

Boost your metabolism and torch through calories with this metabolic conditioning workout that combines heavy strength moves with high intensity cardio bursts.

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of + 5kg/10Lbs + 10kg/22.5Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

How it’s done: There are 4 Circuits to complete. 2 x through 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest + Non Stop Finisher

2️⃣6 High Knee to Burpee
3️⃣Squat Hop Burpee
4️⃣DB Glute Bridges
5️⃣Skier Swing

Circuit 2
1️⃣5 Static Lunge + 5 second Hold
2️⃣5 Static Lunge + 5 second Hold
3️⃣Squat Jacks
4️⃣Push Press
5️⃣Kneel to Alt Knee Drive

Circuit 3
1️⃣Sumo Hang Clean & Press
2️⃣5 SA Bentover Row with Iso Hold
3️⃣Bear Jack Burpee
4️⃣Bicycles
5️⃣5 Pushup + 5 Sec Plank Hold

Circuit 4
1️⃣Sumo Deadlift to Pulse
2️⃣Lateral Raise with Iso Hold
3️⃣3 Skater Hop to Squat Jump
4️⃣Bicep Curl to Press
5️⃣BW Getups

Non Stop Burnout
1️⃣Jump Lunge to Squat
2️⃣Sprawl
3️⃣Kick Throughs
4️⃣Single Leg V Snap
5️⃣Commando Plank Burpee
