45 Min Full Body Muscle Building Workout At Home | Strength Training Over 40

Press play on this strength training workout to work on your lean muscle gains at home 💪

You’ll need a variety of dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs + 7kg/15.5Lbs, 10kg/22.5Lbs + 15kg/32.5Lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level

Complete the circuit of movements for 2 rounds. 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest.

Legs

3️⃣Banded Crab Walks -[or hold dumbbell at chest]
4️⃣B Stance Deadlifts
5️⃣B Stance Deadlifts
6️⃣Sumo Deadlift

2️⃣Close Grip DB Row
3️⃣Lateral to Front Raise

7️⃣DB O’head Tricep Ext
