奶油霜配方:奶油300克(butter)室油軟化,加入30克的細砂糖打至蓬松,分次加入鮮奶油4300克打發,鮮奶油要用室溫的,不能從冰箱拿出來馬上用,否則會導致奶油霜油水分離。
Cream frosting formula: 300 grams of butter room oil is softened, add 30 grams of fine sugar and beat until fluffy, add 300 grams of whipped cream in batches, and whipped it up. It will cause separation of oil and water in the cream.
