Pacing Tips for the holiday

When starting this holiday period, some of us find ourselves overloaded with shopping, cooking, cleaning and decorating....which can make our time off busier than our time on!

To help us keep energised we can do a few things to pace our activities, helping our bodies adapt to this sudden rush of events. Our Exercise Physiologist Catherine explains 3 major tips when pacing our day, which will reduce the challenges on our body and help us get through the holiday period. These include:

1) Sit down while chopping food.
2) Try using a stool on one of your legs.
3) Break up the big jobs into small things that can be spread out.
