It is not clear if biologics and/or JAK inhibitors increase risk of Covid-19 infection. They might do so, but the consequence of stopping and causing uncontrolled inflammation & autoimmunity may be worse.
Some of these agents are actually being trialled to try and help treat
Covid-19.
However, in the event of actual infection symptoms, you should withhold the medication until you fully recover.
