10 minute Standing Barre Workout - Low Impact Ballet Inspired Cardio Routine

Join me for a 10 Minute Standing Barre workout to tone the legs and booty and give you a low impact cardio session. A quick ballet inspired routine to target the calves, thighs, hip and booty muscles as well as the core and one you can add to any other workout to get a short cardio blast. Something I recommend if you want to burn more calories would be do this session before one of my other workouts. This is an easy to follow routine and one to do regularly to tone and sculpt the legs, I recommend 3 times a week. All you need is a chair or something similar about hip height- the kitchen counter will do.

This is a fresh edit of a video previously filmed. I've made the explanation clearer so you know which parts of the body you are working and I've made it shorter- less chat and straight into the exercise- do let me know what you think in the comments below.
