How to use a Wall to Increase the Pilates Core Challenge-BE SURE TO LISTEN TO MY CUES! ⭐️ #pilates

From this week's Pilates Playlist, join me for a 30 minute wall pilates challenge workout. This exercise is about keeping your abdominals engaged whilst reaching your toes to the wall, very challenging! Try it, but be sure to do the full session so you are prepared for the movement. In this workout there will be a mix of standing pilates and mat pilates. A full body workout to develop your pilates practice. You will work both upper and lower body, all using a wall to help stabilise and challenge your body to become stronger. This session is my adaptation of Pilates Matwork exercises to a wall, what this will do is to switch up the challenge, change the muscle focus and improve proprioception. Just 30 mins is all you need. And I can promise you it is more challenging than you might expect!
