Join me for a 40 minute intermediate pilates class that will give you a full body workout to create both strength and flexibility. This will be a full body pilates flow class created to challenge you, improve your cardiovascular health, muscle tone, strength and, most importantly of all to help you feel amazing in your own skin. A great session if you're looking for a fun challnege with no pressure. I'll give you options and you choose what feels right for you.
