Morning Pilates Workout | Arms, Abs, Legs & Glutes Moderate Level | 25 Min Ballet Inspired Pilates

Join me for an energising , ballet inspired 25 minute morning pilates workout for your Arms, Abs, Legs and Glutes. Created to tone and sculpt your arms, abdominals,legs and glutes this will be a graceful session that will combine some new Pilates exercises , classical pilates and my own ballet inspired exercises that will both challenge you and really improve your arm, shoulder and core strength. Hope you enjoy it. If you are keen to tone and sculpt your arms I would highly recommned you do all my ballet inspired workouts which have many arm exercises that are simple to do and highly effective.
