Vinnie Moore is a guy I never get tired of talking about. He's always been an inspiration for me, all the way back to the beginning of my playing days in 1987 while I sat watching his Hot Licks instructional videos!

This song "Hero Without Honor" came from Vinnie's first solo album in 1986 called Mind's Eye. Here we are looking at the middle arpeggio section.

One thing unique about Vinnie amongst shredders is that he'll often alternate pick through arpeggio shapes instead of sweep picking them This makes them easier to sequence. Although you can't play these arpeggios as quickly as sweep picking them, they sound very melodic at these "slower" speeds.

I recommend taking your time with this. It will definitely help your picking technique. Follow the picking directions in the tab, as 99% of this is alternate picked. If you need to work up to the tempo of 142 bpm you could start at say 100 bpm and slowly work your way up until you can play along with the jam track.
