This is the guitar solo to Vandenberg's "Burning Heart" from 1981's self titled record 'Vandenberg'
Some may know guitarist Adrian Vandenberg from his Whitesnake days, but he actually began with his own band in the early 80's and produced 3 really good records before disbanding.

You'll learn a lot by studying and playing this solo, it's super tasty! Pay attention to dynamics and control. There's some beautiful phrasing going on.
Vandenberg has just released a new album after all these years, and it's great! It's called 'Vandenberg 2020'...go check it out!
