'Did He Do It? Tupac Murder Suspect Duane Davis Arrives at Court'

Duane "Keffe D" Davis appeared in a Las Vegas court for the first time today, after being charged last week with the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.

Davis was expected to be arraigned on a charge of murder with use of a deadly weapon in the gang-related homicide.

However, appearing in court on Wednesday, Davis was dressed in a Clark County Detention Center jumpsuit, claiming that his defense attorney needed two weeks to arrange to be present.
