原料
鸡蛋2个(65克/个)
细砂糖 30克
低筋面粉 70克
牛奶280克
无盐黄油(融化) 20克
柠檬汁 少许

芒果奶油
芒果 2个
奶油 450克
糖粉 25克

裱花奶油
奶油 150克
糖粉 10克
奶粉 10克

Today we are going to make a mango crepe cake. No bake and no need to mask the cake. It is very suitable for novices. Unsalted butter(melted) 20g
A few drops of lemon juice
Cream with mango puree

Thickened cream 450g
Icing sugar 25g

Cream for piping
Thickened cream 150g
Icing sugar 10g
Milk powder 10g
