Pedro Saenz (1915 - 1995) was an Argentine Composer. He studied at the Williams Conservatory in Buenos Aires (1924-1929 and 1931-1935) with Alberto Williams and Celestino Piaggio, among others. In 1930 he followed courses in harmony with Paul Le Flem in Paris and with Cesare Dobici in the city of Rome. At the National Conservatory of Music (currently the National Conservatory of Music of Argentina, he studied composition, graduating as a professor in this discipline in 1939 and as a pianist. In 1954 he carried out advanced piano studies with Ricardo Hauser, in Vienna and later with Eduardo Steuermann in Salzburg.

Pedro Sáenz wrote cadences for Mozart's piano concertos. He also composed numerous deserving short works, many of them, of international recognition and awards.
