WORKOUT:
Exercise 1: Barbell hip thrusts - 4x8 @60-65% (130-140kg)
Exercise 2: Knee banded Barbell hip thrusts into knee banded hip thrusts - 3x8/12 reps
Exercise 3: Sumo dumbbell squat - 4x10 reps
Exercise 4: Cable pull through - 4x10 reps
Exercise 5: Feet elevated glute bridge into abductions - 3x12/30 reps
