2. Barbell Banded hip thrusts into knee banded 3x12/20 reps
3. Dumbbell step up - 3x10 reps
4. Sumo Goblet Squat (3:2:1:0 tempo)- 4x8 reps
5. Cable kickbacks - 4x12 reps
6. Cable abductions - 3x15 reps
