Minced meat 肉碎 350g
Shaoxin wine 绍兴酒 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 生抽 1 tbsp
Pepper powder 胡椒粉 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 麻油 1 tbsp
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Green onion 青葱 1 pcs
Garlic 蒜米 4 pcs
Bang Kuang 沙葛 50g
Onion 洋葱 1 pcs
Carrot 胡萝卜 1/2 pcs
Japanese tofu 日本豆腐 2 pcs
Corn flour 玉米粉 4 tbsp

做法超简单零失败，只须把所有材料混合均匀后拿去炸就可以了。
