Step by Step Recipe how to make French Lemon Jam.
简单的法式柠檬酱做法。柠檬蛋黄酱又叫凝乳酱。

▶️ Ingredients 材料:
Whole Eggs 全蛋 3 pcs
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 1 pcs
Sugar 糖 90g
Butter 牛油 65g
Lemon 柠檬 3 pcs
(Extract Lemon Zests 取柠檬丝)
(Extract Lemon Juice 取柠檬汁 90ml)

Instructions:
1. Wash lemons with salt, take some lemon zests and extract 90ml of lemon juice.
2. Combine eggs, lemon juice and sugar, stir till sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Transfer mixture into a double boiler and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir continuously till a smooth texture is formed.
4. Leave to cool completely before storing in glass container. Ready to serve.

做法:
1. 用盐清洗柠檬,取一些柠檬丝,取90ml柠檬汁。
2. 将鸡蛋、柠檬汁和糖混合均匀,搅拌至糖完全溶化。
3. 将混合移至炖锅中,用中火煮沸。期间不停搅拌至混合物幼滑。
4. 待至完全冷却后,盛入玻璃罐中即成。
