Golden cake also known as Bika ambon or kuih bingka, is an Indonesian cake made from tapioca flour, eggs, sugar, yeast, and coconut milk, among other ingredients. Bika ambon is commonly offered in pandan and banana tastes, but it is now also available in durian, cheese, and chocolate flavours.

It’s also a must-order Cantonese-style morning tea cake - golden cake. This dish has a chewy texture. The appearance is unremarkable, but the taste and coconut aroma are delicious; you must try it!

黄金糕也被称为Bika ambon 或 kuih bingka，是一种印尼甜点，由木薯粉、鸡蛋、糖、酵母和椰奶等成分制成。 Bika ambon 通常有香兰和香蕉口味，但现在也有榴莲、奶酪和巧克力口味。

黄金糕也是必点的广式早茶糕点，这款点心 起来qq弹弹，很有嚼劲。外型看起来极为普通，口感和椰香味十足，一定要试试！

▶️ Ingredients 材料：
2 whole eggs （2个 全蛋）
5 egg yolks （5个 蛋黄）
100g sugar （100克 细砂糖）
140g coconut milk （140克 椰浆）
180g tapioca starch （180克 木薯淀粉）
1g yeast （1 克 酵母）
30ml warm water （30毫升 温水）

Mould Size 模具尺寸
(4 x 9 x 3 inches)

📌 Procedure:
1. Mix 2 whole eggs + 5 egg yolks + fine sugar, and beat until the color turns white and the volume becomes larger.
2. Add coconut milk, and tapioca starch, and beat evenly.
3. Warm and hydrate the yeast, pour it into step 2, mix well, and leave it at room temperature to ferment for about 4 hours until the surface is full of bubbles.
4. Pour the fermented batter into the cake pan mould lined with baking paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
6. After the cake is out of the oven, it is demoulded, and it can be cut and eaten after leave until it is warm.

📌做法：
1. 把2个全蛋＋5个蛋黄＋细砂糖混合，搅打至颜色变白体积变大。
2. 之后加入椰浆，还有木薯淀粉，搅打均匀。
3. 酵母加温水搅一搅，倒入步骤2中，混匀，放在室温 发酵4个小时直到表面布满气泡。
4. 把发酵好的面糊倒入放了油纸的蛋糕模具中。
5. 放在180摄氏度的预热烤箱中烘烤30~35分钟。
6. 出炉后脱模，放晾到温温热就可以切开来吃啦。
