Sweet Potatoes Mashed Yogurt Toast Cake 🍠番薯酸奶吐司伪蛋糕🍠

想做蛋糕但是又不想花很多时间? 今天给大家分享一款用面包作出的番薯泥伪蛋糕🍰 不只无油无糖还免烤箱免打发，而且做法非常简单！冷藏一晚后，番薯泥跟吐司融合后吃起来跟蛋糕的口感一模一样呢 😍

Today I will share with you a sweet potatoes mashed cake made from bread🍰 not only oil-free and sugar-free, but also without the need of oven, and the method is very simple! After refrigerating overnight, the mashed sweet potatoes and toast will taste exactly the same as the cake after fusion 😍

【材料】：
- 紫薯 橙薯 适量
- 牛奶 适量
- 面包 5片
- 酸奶 200g

【做法】：
1）把紫薯和橙薯蒸熟，加入适量的牛奶，压成泥状。（做蛋糕夹心紫薯和橙薯泥要稍厚一点哦）
2）把面包去边，一片面包上抹上紫薯泥，再盖上另一片面包，再抹紫薯泥，再盖上一片面包。重复橙薯的部分。
3）在面包的四边抹上浓厚的酸奶，放冰箱冷藏一晚，也可以直接吃哦。
4）可以用无花果，柠檬，迷迭香装饰，水果可以换成自己喜欢的峨～

-200g yogurt

【Instructions】:

3) Spread thick yogurt on the sides of the bread, put it in the refrigerator overnight, or eat it directly.
4) You can decorate with figs, lemons, and rosemary, and the fruits can be replaced with your favorite.
