Ask the Coach Ep. 3: How much protein should I eat?
There are a lot of opinions on what the optimal protein intake is. What I recommend in this video is what I've seen work well for myself and my clients. With anything related to health and fitness though, you'll have to do some experimenting on your own over the course of several months to really dial in the diet for your needs. Lifestyle, genetics, work/school schedule and exercise all influence your need for protein.
