How to use Split Jumps to build Power & Endurance

Split jumps can be performed in many different ways depending on your training goal. They can be used to build strength, power and endurance. From a physique standpoint, split jumps can build the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. They can be a useful addition to fat loss routines as well, assuming you have the strength to perform them properly.

Keep it simple at first, but then you can add variety by adding external weight, jumping on different surfaces (sand, grass, turf), incorporating directional movements, and combining with other strength or power exercises.
