While far from comprehensive, this episode demonstrates three of my favorite hip stretch variations that help to open up the adductors, hip flexors, and glutes. While these are demonstrated with a partner, they can also be done solo (I recommend you do both). The use of external aids like bands, sandbags, and yoga blocks can help to deepen the stretches.
