Goodbye, annoying prep work. Hello, your new favorite party trick!
Cutting small tomatoes has got to be one of the most annoyingly time-consuming jobs in the kitchen - holding the little guys still to slice them one by one, hoping they don't all roll off the cutting board. And when you think you've done them all, there's always one hiding out that makes it into your salad unsliced!

This is one of my better party tricks, and it'll turn those tiny tomatoes from a chore into the most fun part of your prep work! All you need is a regular dinner plate. This technique will work with tomatoes of any size; it works best with campari tomatoes, but I used cherry in this video because that's what I had available. (Every good cook knows how to improvise!)
