Corn is at the height of its season right now, and we're putting it in everything from succotashes to soups - and here's how to cut the kernels off the right way.
This tidbit we learned from Giada On The Beach might be obvious to some, but for us, it completely changed the game. Raise your hand if you've always stood corn up and cut off the kernels from top to bottom (we always did!) and had to gather all of the rogue kernels that haphazardly flew off the cob. This method is much safer, easier, and actually gets you a way better yield of sweet, seasonal corn!
