Don't be surprised if the one who you serve these to gets down on one knee! When I was at SOBE just a few weeks ago, a woman came up to me and told me a story: she had baked her then-boyfriend a batch of these muffins and, within hours, he popped the question!

I'll be honest, it's not the first time a couple has approached me about one of my recipes sealing the deal - but the funny thing is that it's always been my classic recipes, such as lasagna or meatballs. Hearing that these muffins prompted a proposal was so funny to me, because it seemed like a random recipe of mine! I whipped them up shortly thereafter as I hadn't made them in years... and on first bite, I gotta say - I get it! These super moist muffins are spiced and flavorful, with the perfect rich tangy frosting on top.

Proposal worthy? Definitely!
