How I Bought My First Home At 21! | How I Did It & What I Pay Each Month

So last year I bought my first house at 21 years old. But how could I do this at such a young age?
When I was in high school. In 2012 I was a freshman and needed a way to save money for a car in high school. So I started thinking of ways to make money.
So I read that a guy made a free app and It got millions of downloads. So I thought man, what an idiot he should have made it .99 cents. Then that began my quest to develop an app and make a million+ dollars.
I begged my dad to buy me a Mac, as you had to have a Mac to develop iPhone and pad apps on. And it was a huge purchase for us. Growing up we had nothing. He eventually caved and got a Mac.
So I started to learn how to code, I would go door to door and sell apps to local business. I would only charge a few hundred bucks. From there I transitioned to building apps for the App Store and looking for demands. I soon realized there was a big demand for Minecraft apps.
I then slowly built up revenue. A few years later I even hired a few employees and we started scaling up. About this time I graduated high school. So I moved in with a roommate in a stuffy HOA neighborhood. And it was awful. HOAs are the worst when you just graduate high school.
So we eventually found a different rental and we rented for about 4 years. During that time I saved a lot of money by keeping expenses low.
I Continued making apps and we had ups and down buts during the whole time I was saving as much money as I could while also reinvesting into the business. Which is hard to do.
I eventually realized I wasting money just renting and not building any equity in the property. And the property was not being maintained.
So I started looking for houses. I had no clue what I was looking for. I looked for 4 months. Eventually found one in town that I liked a lot. Made an offer the same day and it was accepted.
