In Short, Here Is What I Found -

Annual Fees
Both cards have an annual fee of $550.

Welcome Bonus
Amex - 60,000 points after your spend at least $5,000 in your first 3 months of account opening.

Chase - 50K points after spending $4K in the first three months of account opening.

Earning Point Rate
Amex - 5 points per dollar on flights booked directly with airlines or through Amex Travel (starting January 1, 2021, earn 5X points on up to $500,000 on these purchases per calendar year). 5 points per dollar on prepaid hotel reservations booked through Amex Travel. 1 point per dollar on everything else.

Chase - 10 points per dollar on Lyft through March 2022. 3 points per dollar on dining and travel (after earning the $300 travel credit). 1 point per dollar on everything else.

Travel Lounges
Amex - Priority Pass Select membership, Centurion Lounge access, Delta Sky Club access when you're flying Delta, International American Express lounge access

Overall
-The Amex Platinum comes with more yearly statement credits and more travel benefits. The Chase Sapphire Reserve comes with fewer perks, but you will earn more rewards on your purchases including travel and eating out.
