MY WIFE FINALLY PROVES THAT SHE CAN COOK A MEAL

In today's video, Avri is spoiling her husband Simas with a nice homemade dinner from scratch. Avri decided to cook dinner for the first time in a little while as we've been struggling with having time to do anything. So, after bringing some sweets from work for Simas, Avri got straight to work in the kitchen. She works at a hospital in Manhattan in NYC so it's a little bit of a challenging commute sometimes but at least there are good sights of New York.

These are some good healthy meal prep ideas. Easy recipes to cook at home for your husband or wife!

We were inspired to make this video by Slice & Rice, one of our favorite YouTube channels! They do a lot of funny couples challenges and a cross between their Black American and Korean cultures. We blend our cultures and try foods and other cultural things. They are an inspiration to interracial couples like us. We aren't Black and Asian (Blasian) but we are a Black and White couple with a lot of cultural differences and we love it!

Our buckwheat recipe: sautee the buckwheat before boiling it, (makes it taste even better). Buckwheat is very nutritious, including fiber, carbohydrates, protein, fat, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron. Chard is the dark green leafy vegetable of the day. It's extremely healthy and has a lot of good nutrition in it and a lot of minerals.
