Big & Beefy Leg Workout w/ Antoine Vaillant at Pure Muscle & Fitness

IFBB Pro, Antoine Vaillant, takes us through one of his off-season mass building leg workouts at his gym in Burlington, Ontario, Pure Muscle & Fitness Gym.

Antoine Vaillant's Leg Workout:
Warm Up Superset: Lunges & Assault Bike - 10-15 mins (3 sets of each)
Lying Leg Curl - 4* x 8
*Pyramid up, on final set perform a drop set, then a set of partials, then a 15-30 sec isohold
Standing Hamstring Curl 4 x 16* Each Side
*8 full reps, 8 partial reps
Leg Press 4 x 12-20 - increasing weight each set
Barbell Squat 5 x 10-15 - increasing weight each set
Belt Squat 4* x 12-15
*Perform a set of partials on final set
Leg Extension* 4 x 15-20
*Use Blood Flow Restriction Bands
