If you've every trained legs properly, you're going to feel this one! Keone shows you what it's like to push through a high volume leg workout both physically and mentally. This is honestly one of the most brutal leg workouts we've filmed where the athlete is training solo. This guy has excellent genetics and the right work ethic and attitude....
