5 Min Bike
A1. Leg Ext 3 x 20
A2. Leg Curl 3 x 20
A3. Stretching as needed
Single Leg Press 3 x 10-12 Each
Barbell Squat 5 x 15, 15, 12, 10, 10
Leg Press 5 x 10-12 (Drop set on final set)
B1. Hack Squat 4 x 10
B2. Leg Extension 2 x 12
