REST IN PEACE Irene Cara - Thanks for the music!

I had bought this 12" a few years ago, for the purpose of posting here, but it wasn't quite up to the quality I try to use here, so it just went on the shelf in hopes that I'd find a better copy one day. Well, I still haven't found that Near-Mint copy, but as a tribute to Irene, I'm going to go ahead and use this one after all.

In the early '80s, Irene was a favorite artist for me. "Fame", this one, :"Why Me", and the whole What A Feeling album, were frequent spins in my house. In the '90s, her "All My Heart" (also posted here on my channel) was a frequent in my club sets and on my radio mixshow. I'm sad to know she has left us, but grateful for the great music and memories she left as a legacy.
