材料：1段胡萝卜、2根红辣椒、4瓣蒜、1把青葱、1碗江鱼仔、4颗蛋

1）把胡萝卜，红辣椒切丝，蒜切末，青葱切粒；鸡蛋打散
2）热锅热油爆香江鱼仔后取出
3）锅留底油爆香蒜倒入胡萝卜&辣椒炒一炒，再倒入煎好的江鱼仔
4）把蛋液也倒入，撒上葱花煎至两面焦香就好了❤️
