here's a sneak peak into a typical day of eating and working out! i'm an intuitive eater so every day is different. I don't track macros or calories because I have a history of eating disorders and I find tracking to be super triggering for me! i'm also not a dietician or nutritionist, so this is just what works for me and I always recommend working with a professional if you need support.
remember that FOOD IS FUEL and it's also important that food is fun too! I eat most foods in moderation (except for gluten, diary and soy because i'm intolerant to those), and I love eating something sweet every day too.
