WEEK OF WORKOUTS ☀️ my current workout split for a fit physique PLUS form tips!
it's that time again...time for another full week of workouts! my workouts change pretty much every week, I don't have a split in the traditional sense, but I love mixing in weightlifting, functional training, boxing and conditioning because training that way makes me happy.
at the end of the day, fitness should be sustainable, it's all about finding styles of training that you enjoy. whenever I get bored I switch things up and it always helps me fall back in love with the gym.
my current goals are just to maintain my muscle mass and have fun in the gym, so if you have different goals do what works for you! thanks so much for watching.
