I’m so excited for today’s class because it’s one of the longest videos on the channel so far—50 minutes of full-body Pilates! Whether you’re a regular or a newbie, get ready to challenge yourself today because we’re stepping it up from last´s video. 🧘‍♀️💪

This week, we’re returning to the intermediate hard level, so expect a solid workout that targets all the key areas: core, glutes, arms, and legs. You'll feel the burn, but I’m here to guide you through it every step of the way. No fancy equipment needed—just your mat, focus, and determination!

Make sure to listen to your body and take breaks as needed, and of course, keep your form in check to get the most out of each move. I’m so proud of how far you’ve come, and I know you’ll crush this one!
