How to improve glute activation and hip external rotation
Having trouble with hip external rotation? Glute activation? Learn a simple exercise to improve both!
If you have trouble activating your butt muscles on one side AND/OR you have trouble getting external rotation in your hip joint, this exercise can help you trick your body into using the the right muscles the right way!
Hip external rotation is very important for general hip function and hip health. If you can't activate your glutes, it can also make external rotation quite difficult. This exercise gives you a drill to improve external rotation and activate your glutes.
