Avro Lancaster flyby over Cheshire

The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight's Avro Lancaster, PA474, built in 1945, one of only two airworthy Lancaster bombers in the world still flying, flew over several sites in north-west England over the late-May bank holiday weekend. Here we see it fly over the Smallwood Vintage Rally near Sandbach in Cheshire, completing a low figure-of-eight loop over the site on its route from Liverpool back to its base in RAF Coningsby.
