Where to even begin describing this one...

Taken from the unfathomably incredible 'Renaisance men' record, this powerhouse of a song shows Ginger bleeding with emotion, full of unbridled rage at the state of mental health treatment in our nation and the disgraceful labelling of those who are struggling with their mental health.

And he is right.

I simply cannot listen to this song without getting goosebumps, the intro alone making me too 'pilo erect' to play properly. The subtlety of the intro chords just another sign of Ginger and guitar being quite inseparable as a musical entity.

The whole band are on incendiary form for a song that matters, not just to them, not just to Ginger, not just to the fans but to everyone.

You owe it to yourself to hear it, buy it and shout about it to anyone that will listen.

I did my best to do it justice but the original is perfect as it is.

You're not an animal.

Stay safe, stay motivated and stay angry, because without it, we will never change anything.
