GUITAR PLAYTHROUGH - CAN'T DO RIGHT FOR DOING WRONG - THE WiLDHEARTS

When I was a kid, I couldn't afford to buy a lot of music, music television rarely played anything that interested me and the radio?...well the radio was a waste of time.

Me and my friends would do anything we could to get enough money together to pick up the Wildhearts singles because those B Sides were as good as anything else you were ever going to hear by any band.

This one did not disappoint in the slightest.

With a verse that is very much it's own thing and encapsulating everything I loved about them at that time. The humour, the biting lyrics, the odd turns of phrase, the ad-libbed lines in thick accents from the north...it was just perfect.

Then slamming into huge slabs of chords and riffs and hooks.

This is prime time Wildhearts and Ginger in blistering songwriting form.

The first playthrough on 'The Beast' and oh my god I love this guitar. It's the exact same model I used throughout the Little London days that was so sadly lost to me. It was gifted to me by the ever awesome Brian Clark and there will be a full video coming of the rebuild and the modifications thereafter that proved to be...shall we say....eventful!
