In his book "Atomic Habits," James Clear emphasizes the importance of taking small, incremental steps toward building better habits. James talks about the concept of "the two-minute rule,"
The rule states that you should aim to make your habits as small as possible so that they can be easily and consistently completed. The idea behind the two-minute rule is that it's better to do something, even if it's just a small action than to do nothing at all.
Clear suggests that starting with a two-minute habit can help you overcome the initial resistance to starting a new habit and build momentum towards more significant changes. He also emphasizes that consistency is key when it comes to building habits and that small, consistent actions can lead to big results over time.
And that once a habit is established, it can then be improved. By focusing on making small improvements every day, you can create a positive feedback loop that helps you build better habits and achieve your goals.
In today's workout, we are going to take the smallest step possible to build a Jump Rope Habit. We are going to do 2 minutes of jumping. That's all.
I will see how many jumps I get using my Crossrope Amp to track my results which will be connected to the Crossrope App in free jump mode.

The idea is to build his habit for 30 days in a row. If you cannot jump for 2 minutes, you can join me simply by taking your mat out, getting your jump rope out of your bag, and setting up your workout space.
