中筋面粉200克
泡打粉 6克
盐 1克
细砂糖25克
奶油 120克
鸡蛋(连壳)60克
葡萄干 40克
无盐黄油 50克

☘️夹馅
厚奶油
果酱

☘️** 预热烤箱至180C/355F
**180C/355F 烤制20分钟,之后调至190C/375F烤制5分钟

☘️Dough
Plain Flour 200g
Baking powder 6g
Salt 1g
Caster sugar 25g
Thickened cream 120g
Egg (with shell) 60g
Sultanas 40g
Unsalted Butter 50g

☘️Filling
Double thick cream
Raspberry jam

☘️** Preheat oven to 180C/355F
**Bake at 180C/355F for 20mins, then adjust to 190C/375F for 5 mins
