What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I’m gonna be showing you a quick chest and triceps workout in the gym to build size, and get you more definition. This workout contains just 3 supersets (meaning you'll perform one exercise then move immediately into the next before resting)

🚀Superset #1
Barbell Bench Press - 6 Reps
Close Grip Bench Press - 12 Reps
Rest 90 Seconds - Repeat 4 Sets

🚀Superset #2
Incline Dumbbell Press - 6 Reps
Incline Dumbbell Skullcrushers - 12 Reps
Rest 90 Seconds - Repeat 4 Sets

🚀Superset #3
Incline Cable Flyes - 12 Reps
Tricep Rope Extensions - 15 Reps
Rest 90 Seconds - Repeat 4 Sets
