Perform 3 Sets of 10 for Each Exercise Below with 15 Seconds of Rest Between Each Set:

- Straight Leg Toe Touches
- Reverse Crunch Twists (5 Each Side)
- Half Get-Ups
- Advanced Planks
- Straight Arm Russian Twists (5 Each Side)
