What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I’m gonna be giving you 11, yes ELEVEN, different easy and effective ways you can lose weight and burn fat faster. Now you don’t need to jump into all 11 right off the bat, but try to implement at least FOUR of these for the best results from this information.

1. CALORIES IN VS OUT - this is by far the most important rule to losing weight. YOU MUST BE IN A CALORIC DEFICIT TO LOSE WEIGHT PERIOD!

2. EATING MACROS FOR YOUR GOALS - your total number of calories breaks down into a certain percentage of each macronutrient (carbs, fats and proteins) and you need to be eating according to these numbers to see the results for your goals. 3. CUTTING OUT SUGAR - candy, sodas, etc. if you’re trying to be healthy, a very easy way is to cut out the foods with loads of sugar that are just horrible for you. Sugar all the time is going to do nothing but store as fat in your body. Just cutting out sugar will put you at a huge advantage when trying to lose weight.

4. GET MORE ACTIVE! - This can be going to the gym, or this could mean that you’re workin on being more active in your everyday life. Sitting up at your desk at work, parking further away to get a nice walk in and out of the grocery store, taking stairs instead of an elevator, the possibilities are endless. Little things here and there are going to burn more calories each day.

5. EAT 2-3 SERVINGS OF VEGETABLES A DAY - try to have a few meals each day with vegetables because they have micronutrients, and also have more volume to fill your stomach up. 6. EAT MORE FIBER - fiber will fill you up more, it’s going to satiate you and it’s also going to help clean you out and clear out your digestion system.

7. STOP DRINKING EMPTY CALORIES - sodas, juices, etc. These juices are just a fruit made into a juice, with TONS of sugar in it. One orange juice has more sugar than a can of coke. These calories don’t fill you up, or give you any nutrients and simply eat up your daily calories with no return.

8. SLEEP MORE! - sleep is huge when it comes to getting in shape. If you aren’t sleeping enough then you are messing up your bodies hormones, losing out on recovery time, you won’t be getting the results you would get if you got proper sleep. I recommend 6-9 hours of sleep per night. Focus on getting DEEP sleep by avoiding electronics before bed, or you can take our BURN PM supplement to make things easier. 9. DO MORE STRENGTH TRAINING! - aim to strength train 3 or more times per week for the best results. Cardio is super important but cardio is never going to deliver the same results that strength training creates. Strength training creates a metabolic stress that cardio just can’t do. It helps you build lean muscle and therefore helps you burn more calories by having more muscle on your body.

10. INCLUDE A CHEAT MEAL! - one of the biggest mistakes people make when they go on a diet is trying to stick to a diet 100% perfectly every time. It’s just not sustainable for the long-haul. Having a planned cheat meal on your schedule will make it much easier to say no and stay strong while waiting for your cheat day. These also actually help you speed your metabolism temporarily back up when you’ve been dieting for a while.
