Makes 1 Cup

Ingredients -

200g - Long Red Chillies
4 Cloves - Garlic
Zest of 1 Lemon
1\2 Cup - Unrefined Caster Sugar
3\4 Yellow Mustard Seeds
1 Cup - White Wine Vinegar
1\2 tsp - Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper to taste
