SPICY TUNA CRISPY RICE RECIPE 🍣

Fan of spicy tuna? 🐟 It gets even better with some crispy rice! 🍚 Abi definitely made us want more of these bite-sized snacks that’s bursting with umami in every bite. No access to tuna? You can also make this with some salmon or any other sashimi-grade fish, just make sure to adjust seasoning depending on how salty your fish is! 😋

SPICY TUNA CRISPY RICE
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups of sushi rice, cooked
½ kg sushi grade tuna or salmon
3 tbsp Japanese kewpie mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce for sushi and sashimi preferred
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pc avocado
1 pc. fresh jalapeno or siling pangsigang
black sesame seeds, toasted
