GINATAANG BILO-BILO
Ingredients:
1 cup glutinous rice flour
½ cup water
3 cups coconut milk
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut cream
2 pc orange kamote
2 pc saba, sliced
1 cup cooked sago
¼ cup ripe langka
Procedure:
1. Combine glutinous rice flour and water and mix until you get a smooth dough. Divide and shape into 1-inch balls and set aside.
2. In a pot, bring coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, and coconut cream to a boil. Add rice balls and simmer for a minute. Add kamote, saba, and langka. Simmer for 2 minutes. Mix in cooked sago. Makes 8 servings.
