Will Max Verstappen's F1 title push affect Red Bull's chances for 2022?
Red Bull have gone all out to win Max Verstappen the 2021 F1 Drivers Championship, in his battle with Mercedes Lewis Hamilton. Red Bull have been one of the few teams to keep developing their 2021 cars, while others, including Ferrari, Alpine and Aston Martin, have switched their focus to the 2022 F1 season.
Could this development affect the performance of the 2022 Red Bull car? Christian Horner doesn't seem to think so, and with Adrian Newey, it might be that the Milton Keynes based team have nothing to worry about.
In this video we look at how Red Bull have been balancing their resources and preparing for a battle on both fronts, in their attempts to win the 2021 season, and still be successfully when the new F1 rules come in next season.
